Outsourcing and accounting services

Ours missions are governed by the norms of the French Chartered Accountants organisation. We will draw up your annual accounts but also look at your overall financial administration. We will make recommendations to help you improve your accounting processes and the way you do business.

You can outsource some of your day-to-day duties or more complex tasks. You can also choose the level of service you need.

Our Cabinet participate to the establishment of periodic and annual statement (fiscal bundle, business rate, VAT, others taxes) and assist you within the framework of the fiscal checks.

All the year round, our mission can be completed by implementation of dashboards resuming the key indicators of the following-up of the activity of your company.

Social mission

The Cabinet DUCUP SIRE & ASSOCIES have a dedicated social department which will assist you in the daily social issues of your company thought especially the preparation and the treatment of the payroll.

Consulting and Juridical missions

We shall advise you on the choices of the legal structures to adopt, on the optimization of the social status of the management, on the problems of consolidations, new business creation following the labelling NACRE (New Support to Creation of Company) of our Cabinet.
